Detailed Program Description

We guide clients through our journey in an agile way to deliver inspiring, purposeful, and actionable competitive strategies and engaging and realistic innovation and change portfolios to drive performance and sustainable growth. We will achieve this by a sixteen-week long agile program that includes all bundled building block activities (not to be confused with the services) denoted by their number 1, 2 or 3 at the bottom row in the above figure. After four weeks, we will evaluate the (draft) innovation and change portfolios on their technological feasibility, business viability and ability to deliver desirable products (goods and services) or engaging change measures and meet the performance and growth targets set by the (draft) competitive strategies. In the next two weeks, the competitive strategies and  innovation and change projects are redefined to meet ambitious but realistic strategic goals and objectives. In the next six weeks, the client will evaluate the projects according to his (usual) requirements for business success. The program ends with an intense four-week period to finalize projects, monitor performance and growth, and evaluate the capabilities to be further strengthened to maintain competitive advantage.

Duration and Support

The program lasts approximately 16 weeks and requires 480 hours (75%) of our support to maintain focus, sense of urgency and momentum. Selected leaders will need to spend 640 hours of their time to reset the competitive strategies and  redefine innovation and change portfolios that meet the agreed strategic goals and objectives while building on the firm's capabilities for competitive advantage.
